      • To Activate Productivity

Since humanity embarked on the journey of the Industrial Revolution, history has been reshaped by profound transformations in productivity. During the First Industrial Revolution, the rudimentary textile machine, like a heavy knock, unveiled the curtain of mechanization, endowing humanity with unprecedented power and propelling manual labor into a new era. Subsequently, the Second Industrial Revolution saw electricity illuminate the world, and the roar of the internal combustion engine became the pulse of industrial cities, driving the accelerated operation of steel-like, solid production chains.

However, productivity is not merely cold machinery; the essence of machinery is the extension of creativity, a replacement for complex and repetitive tasks, freeing human energy for more creative endeavors. Today, to wear a piece of clothing, we no longer need to start from weaving cloth; to make a phone call, we no longer need a room full of operators plugging and unplugging cables.

But we are once again burdened by equally complex and repetitive work. Among the thousands of employees in a large internet company, how many are truly engaged in creative work? If each day consists of methodically completing an Excel document, implementing a requirement, or organizing work into a report, and even "steadily" engaging in 996-style overtime, then the day is considered complete.

Despite rapid technological advancements, humanity seems to have, in some ways, fallen back into the shackles of "mechanized" labor. And our company's mission is to "activate productivity" through technological innovation, thereby liberating human "creativity" from a new form of "labor factory."
